Pastor Robert N. Carter

 Minister Rebekah Carter

Pastor Robert N. Carter, Dmin is the Senior Leader at All Nations Church in Springfield, MA. He is an adaptive leader with a passion for empowering others to take the limits off of God - and themselves - in order to grow, connect, and have an impact on their sphere of influence. He is committed to the transformation of people, organizations, and his community by the power of God and the collective work and engagement of believers with the world around them.

Since migrating to the United States in 2006 from the Caribbean island of Jamaica, Pastor Carter’s contributions to the growth and operation of the All Nations Church include serving as Associate Pastor, preaching the Word, teaching Sunday School and Bible Study and overseeing the administrative functions of the church under the leadership of Senior Pastor Doyle St. Louis. In 2021 he was elevated as the lead pastor of the All Nations Church. Pastor Carter has been intentionally engaged in serving the Springfield community as a volunteer, local non-profit board member, and mentor to youth and college students.

Pastor Carter holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Westfield State University and a Masters of Arts in Urban Ministry Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. While pursuing his Master's degree, Pastor Carter became an Ockenga Fellow, completing the program from 2014 - 2016, and traveling to China in August 2015. In line with his commitment to lifelong learning, Pastor Carter, Doctor of Ministry, graduated with a focus on Leadership in a Changing Church Culture, also at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. In addition to his roles in the church and community, Pastor Carter is a professional Robotics Process leader.

Pastor Carter’s favorite scripture is Romans 5:8 which says, “but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Pastor Carter encourages others wrestling with doubt regarding God’s purpose for their lives with this quote from St. Francis of Assisi: “I have been all things unholy. If God can work through me, he can work through anyone.”

Minister Rebekah Carter is the Minister of Worship at All Nations Church. She is the founder of WRSHP | ASCNDS, a personal mandate, and ministry to worship teams where she offers training and activation, teaching others to use their gifts for God’s glory. With almost 20 years of experience serving on the worship team, Minister Carter’s commitment to developing as a leader and growing in her gifts has led her to attend a diverse range of national conferences, workshops, and training seminars to learn how to cultivate the worship culture of her local church and lead her team effectively.

Minister Carter is a passionate and undignified worship leader who believes that true worship is born out of a life fully surrendered to God, and committed to following Him even when the path ahead leads to uncharted territory. She is a people person, someone who loves to laugh and give encouragement, and her willingness to readily engage and journey through the messy parts of life with others makes her a compassionate counselor and confidant. Her desire is to bring healing and allow people to experience Jesus, wherever they may come in contact with her.

Professionally, Minister Carter works as a High School Administrator in the Springfield Public School System. She has quickly become a highly valued resource and connector, encouraging others to get involved in the local school system. Minister Carter is a graduate of Framingham State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications.

One of Minister Carter’s favorite scriptures, and reminders of God’s continual presence and help,  is Isaiah 41:10 - “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Pastor and Minister Carter are the proud and loving parents of their daughters, Paris, Eden, and Imani. As they continue to humbly lead in ministry, teaching and preaching God's Word, and engaging their community, Pastor and Minister Carter’s sincere aim is to challenge both the hearts and minds of their congregation to be transformed and renewed, until we all become the reflection of Christ in our everyday lives.
